Summer Reminders to all Residents:
Curb side trash pick up:
We have been experiencing problems with residents putting more than household trash out for curbside pick up, and if it is not picked up by the weekly trash pick up, it is being left for Westgate Staff to pick up and take to the dump.
Effective immediately, we will be working diligently to determine which residents put items out for pick up that are not considered household trash. Items such as appliances, televisions, furniture, tires and large toys are not allowed. These residents will be responsible for the cost to pick up anad take these items to the dump as well as the dump fee.
Please, if you have items that should not be put out for curbside pick up, please contact the office to make arrangements to have these items taken to the dump.
Fenced Yards:
Your fenced yard is your responsibility to maintain. All yards are to be kept neat, walkways clear, and grass cut. Residents are allowed only 1 propane tank for their gas grill, and the grill is to be used only in the yard.
Outside water is to be used only to water grass. There are to be no kiddie pools, sprinklers, and no washing of vehicles. The cost of water and sewer has increased, and the property pays both based on the water used. This means that we pay sewer taxes on the water used to water plants and grass.
Air Conditioners:
Reminder ..... there are to be no air conditioners in the bedroom windows. If your apartment is not equipped with an air conditioner sleeve, please contact the office to make arrangements to have one installed. the sleeve is installed at no cost to the resident. Air Conditioner sleeves can only be installed in the courtyard bedroom.
Please use caution when driving in and around the property. Please drive slowly especially when entering and driving on each level.
