Garden Planning Meeting
Thursday, May 15th - Noon-1:30 pm In the Westgate Community Center.
Having done a lot of farming and gardening in the past, I am personally itching to get my hands in the soil and grow some veggies! We tried once last month to have a Community Garden meeting, but only two people showed up!? Oh well, we are not giving up so easily. We know for a fact that there are quite a few folks out there who want to have community gardens here at Westgate. So, we are going to give you one more chance! We have heard from some of you that a meeting during the day would work better, so that's what we're going to do. The meeting will be Thursday, May 15th from noon-1:30. There will be food, but you need to let us know ahead of time if you are coming so we know how much food to get. Bring your enthusiasm, good ideas, and positive attitudes! Let's make this work!!
